What could the manager/supervisor have done differently? Alternative: You could instead describe a time when you observed a co-worker being treated unfairly, and answer the same questions as above. Alternative: If you are unable to come up with an example of unfair treatment in a work setting, you could discuss a situation that happened to you in a non-work setting (e.g., sports, volunteer work, church, school, etc.) Do not use personal examples (e.g., boyfriend/girlfriend/family/etc.) Please be detailed. Explanation / Answer
Answer--When i was working in MNC company gurugram i came with an unfair practice which makes me weak.If anytime i used to thing about that i will feel so irritated. At an instance our team got an project regarding software development which was an tough task so,that our leader assigned works to all the members in the team.I had focused on that work that an intention for success. At the same time my team member also got the same work which i got due some circumstances i doen't attend the seminor and informed to my leader he said ok.After two days i came back then i listened that my team member which had got the same work had taken the appreciation of good development of software.I went to the leader and asked him then he said that not about working hard it was about way of communicating in seminar and you failed to attend so that your team member got the promotion.I was seriously dissapointed on that biased moment and for so many days it takes me to come back.
