Professional integrity involves knowing the relevant codes of conduct within a given occupation. A code of professional conduct helps to maintain standards for employees and brings about accountability, responsibility, and trust to those whom the profession serves.
With this in mind, you have been asked to create a personal and professional code of conduct to present to your manager as part of a training session on professional integrity at work.

1) I have created the code on the basis of my organizational requirement, the fundamental values inherited in our constitution, humanistic approach and with professional attitude. Key features are ,

While formulating these codes, I have taken references of many religious as well as epic from the global cultures .Social norms are accepted in creating this code.
2) The behaviour of individuals must be in line to the standard set of codes devised for these employees. It must bring the accountability, trust and responsibility. There should be some close supervision which ensures the ethical and moral superiority of people. I believe in such an organizational environment where people self-motivated to do their tasks and it can be archived through a highly ethically driven organization.
3)In my profession, where i am responsible for many stakeholders, the role of code and standards automatically gets an increase. The trust, honesty, quality and integrity give us a distinct image as an organization. The customers trust blindly so as a responsible person it’s our great responsibility to fulfil their need, aspirations, and expectations.
