Q1) One of the leaders in our organization who along with other leaders is responsible for 200+ practitioners in the area of Life Sciences and Pharamceutical industry consulting.
The leader is responsible for getting consulting projects in life sciences industries by pitching in our industry specific solutions and selling the projects.
Based on my observation, he is an effective leader in winning client projects and ensuring that the consultants are utilized properly by staffing based on the skills and experience.

1. Expert level knowledge of the solutions that we offer
2. Effective communication & presentation skills and street-smartness.
3. Ability to turnaround difficult situations
4. Choosing right set of skilled resources and providing the required tools or details
Below are the characteristics that hinder the leadership effectiveness -
1. Purely transactional leadership without any personal touch
2. Lack of inclusiveness as the leader picks up the same resources to staff in the project.
3. Puts pressure on the subordinates and junior resources
