Job Analysis : It is to gain more knowledge and deatils about a job which is in initial stage with very less information.It is a type of process for determining all the required information for a job.This consists of job responsibities, skills needed, what is expected as abilities, working environment etc. Best example is Human Resource recruitement and selection drives in the organizations.
Job Description : It is a detailed summary of the job with short job content. It is a type of job statement making clear on what will an employee should do after getting hired. It may have general duties and responsibilities, scope and purpose for a given job with job title. It is derived from Job Analysis.
Job Specification : This includes the minimumn eligibility criteria for a given job. It explains what an individual should have to get selected includes general abilities,age, knowledge, skills and required qualitifications. It is derived from Job Description.
