The employees’ socialization is very much necessary so that the hesitation and communication barriers can be removed and new employees can come close during interaction and acquainted to each other. The gathering would give a impression of good organization and the employees would be relieved about the work culture and would able to settle and become productive at the earliest. The employees will get of sense of responsibility and pride in associating with company.
2. The employees can be asked to give the brief introduction about themselves, their qualifications, family, hobbies; interests etc .The new employees would be allocated different departments according to their wit, interest and qualification and periodically the job rotation would be done for job enrichment and skill enhancement. Each employee would be oriented through each department of the store, accounts, purchase, customer handling, front desk executive, store, so that everyone is accustomed to the process and well versed with the procedures .This job would make each employee an all-rounder and multi-tasked so that in case of any attrition or leave other one can take responsibility without disruption in the business operations.
