1. How do we as a society take care of the first responders in an emergency. (terrorist attack, hurricane, etc) The costs of the 9/11/2001 World Trade Center Attacks were an important part. This is the ongoing health effects to the responders. The Zadroga Bill (https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/1786) was passed to assist in some of the costs that family's of responders face. How do you think first responders health issues should be covered when they have long lasting effects that are a result of possible future Terrorist actions?
2. In Chapter 9, on page 429 (6th ed) under Other Homeland Security Structures, there is a section about what citizens can do. Four actions are listed as possible things to report to authorities. If you became aware of any of the four activities, how would you report them, what phone number or other method would you use to report it, to whom? Assume you are in either your community or place of business and feel it is a likely threat. What concerns might you have about reporting? What do you tell?

We as a society to act as a first responder in any emergency-
Society - Human Being are a social person. They can not live alone. Human being needs to be live with people , as they need the love , care, and moral support from people.Human being can enjoy a life in group of people without much resources as he gets the living energy from people, however a person with full resources will loose interst in life if he is alone. The meaning of society is basically a living of people together with care of each other.
Emergency Management - We feels society suppose to be the first responder for any emergency. The society is available everywhere. If human beings are aware that for any emergency, a human being needs to be supported by other human being. We should have developed the required tools, processes and systems for executing a high level of support system for emergency management. The society people needs to be trained in support process and should execute at the time it is needed. All people should be willing to support human beings in case of emergency. This should be the forst moral duty of any human being. This is the very basic reason of alloting kindness in the nature of human being by God. helping and supporting human being is a noble action and should be supported or pushed at international level.
Emergency Respond System- We need to develop the process and tools to support this emergency process. Fund needs to be collected by government and training programs needs to be available and with the help of proper marketing plan, it needs to be communicated among people. The people needs to be get informed. Now we need to have back up process of support for responder team, incase if the responder team had any health issue, then they need to be componseted accordingly. So basically the we need to have high class support process during emergency by any human being and at the same time we need to have rule for each agencies like transportation system, hospital systems, food supply system, medicine system etc, And the payment process for all these agencies for their expenses and service supports.
