The company would require a training on German etiquette and table manners as the company have recently signed up a client from that country. Nobody in the organization has any prior experience of working with people, firms from that country as such this training would be very beneficial.
The company should conduct training in the office premises, under the guidance of a trainer, who has prior experience in conducting such sessions. The company should arrange equipment, based on the trainers instruction.
The company should collect feedback from, participants, in the response of their training program, as well as a close tracking of their real time performance would be done to determine the efficacy of the training undergone by them.
