What types of information can we learn about the project by reviewing the project schedule and all the information used to generate it?

The project manager is responsible for the project success that’s why the project manager’s steps for success taken should be learned. Each and every single step was taken to start and finish of that step dependent on another one. This is known that how costely each task as well as who are the responsible person for the task, I think the setup for the next step scheduled good that is based on the ending of one before it. The one of the example tells that, for two days the scheduled task is estimated. I think the schedule is good for spotting possible problem areas related to cost, time, and theoverall scope. This is thinked that the valid tool which is responsible for developing assumptions that have all the tasks laid out, it appointed costes, personal responsibities and allocation of time.
