As I am an active member of an Agile team, As per my understanding following are best suitable principles for a 2 yesr project to succeed as an Agile project. The Statements explains it all about why we are choosing them. No need to worry about the additional explanation.
1. Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software.
2. Welcome changing requirements, even late in development. Agile processes harness change for the customer’s competitive advantage.
