What Keeps Admiral Rogers Awake at Night?

In the first outside “reading” this week, we return to Admiral Rogers in a more recent video. This is his address at the RSA Conference on March 1, 2016.

You are not required to watch the entire video, much of it is similar to what he presented in the Q&A session and I found the Q&A session to be more interesting. But he concludes this address by describing the three things that “keep him awake”, and that's a great way to start this week's outside readings and to close off the first half of the course.

You should start watching at 28:45. The relevant portion ends around 31:30 when he begins thanking people at the conclusion of his address.

There are many things that keep him awake .These include :

1.The attack of actors on properly spreading cyber terrorism.Example is the attack of a person on the ukrainian piwer grid whch led to total power failure of the grid leading to loss of business,

2.Data theft where attackers use cyber web to steal private informationon like bank account details, payments transactions to misuse them and lead to a cyber attack involding loss of data .

3.Cyber crimes are increasing where the web is being used as a tool to generate revenue and also perform cyber attacks by falsely attracting people and telling them good things and eventually destroying them with lies.
