Explanation / Answer

1.I want to enter into the garment sector in Saudi Arabia, which will be based on only Muslim garments or Islamic garment. I will give an online platform where people can buy each and every cloth related with Muslim garment. We create the strong vendors network which will cover the complete country so that it will easy to reach the target customers and target destination. Most important part is that supply chain management will be very strong and effective, which will help deliver the product on time and catch the customer need. This online shopping platform will available for each type of person, like children, girls and women, boy and men. We promote this ecommerce platform in shopping mall and local news paper, so that people will aware about this online shopping site.

2.Garment product will only related with Islamic dresses, like burqa, chador, boushiya, or niqab, headscarf, white turban, dishdasha, thawb, prayer cap and etc. All types of Islamic dresses will available.

Service is the main important to run and sustain a ecommerce business, without better and best service you are not able to continue the online business. So that company should have some service policy for customers benefit, like you should have best delivery network system in a short time, returning policy should available on there and after sales service is the most important to take feedback from users.

3.Our mission statement should clear before the start of ecommerce business. Firstly we have to understand customer’s like and dislike and their need, want and demand. So that we set a focus or goal to complete these statement and we can set very effective policy against our business.

4.Our business vision will ever clear that we have to reach each and every people in this country. Every people will wearing our cloths and they will refer to others and we will be the market leader in ecommerce garment industries.
