Answer A) As the company is only of 10 members, then the company should simply opt for a wireless LAN connection in order to have the access to the internet. There should be a domain name in the name of the company so that all the employess in the company should have the e-mail id on the company's domain. The use of the smartphones and other personal devices should be allowed but connecting them over the office laptops and internet connection should not. As there can be suspicious files which may enter from those devices to our netowork.
Answer B) The company should also have a server on which they can store all the data which will help them to keep records at one place only. To ensure the security over the netowrk, it should have very highly secured passwords which should not be shared with everyone. There should also be certain firewalls which will not allow the access of the third party outsiders to enter into the comoany's netowork zone. A local area network is preffered for a company of 10 people.
