Training is that the method of gaining skills & information to perform an effective activity. Training typically features a sensible focus.
Training is a way of investing money in your business.
Training increases productivity.
Training improves quality.
By giving training we can increase the WORKERS KNOWLEDGE.
The amount of time and resource will be reduced if we they provided with the training.
By giving training we can make employees for HIGHER JOBS.
Obtaining president's approval
Next step is writing a letter to the President to get approval to CONDUCT the training. In the letter you should clearly mention the benefits of the training & cost of the training program. If it possible you can meet the President directly and get the approval.
Program customization
Once you got the approval you must plan to customize the training program. Plan the date and time to give the training. Tell the time and date to Higher Management as well as staff in the company. Then select the persons who are going to provide the training to the employees in the organization. Prepare the training materials and methods to implement the training.
Organizing a kick-off meeting
Conduct the meeting with company employees. Explain the training need and things that are going to be dealt with the training program. Start with introducing the team. Provide the training by giving materials. Explain them. At the end of training get the feedback.
