The key characteristics of the users of the products and /or services of the health care provider I selected (CSV Health) are as follows:
The competition leads to the growth of the business or of the service provider. It generates the creative ideas to do the business. I health care provider CSV Health is the second largest health care provider in the USA. It is on the 10th rank in the fortune 500 biggest Health care company list in the world. This company is fully integrated service provider of the health care product. They are the leader because they provide the right care at the right time. The competition given by the other service provider are McKesson, United Health Group etc. They are also following the best strategies to fight with the CSV. The online service providers may be the strategic change in the business as youth are more focusing on the online order of the service provider. They want the work to be done o time weather it cost some more bugs too. Online marketing is the best option for the company. Product mix strategy also can be followed by the company as add the heath care service for the first time with the medicine purchased by the new buyers. Other course of action also to be taken to improve the strategy as analyses the success time to time and find out the areas which are not fully supported by the strategic marketing process.
Tools of the marketing mix available to health care providers would be most effective would be the product mix strategy. For example, the customer who purchasing the medicines from the company stores would get the 20 % discount on the purchase of the medicines or would get the first-time free checkup of the whole body if he is going to avail the medical services of the company at the company’s premises.
The best possible pricing strategy for the services offered by the health care provider as the one-minute clinic with no appointment required for the checkup. In the pricing of the medicines have been decreased with the 5 % rate in the recent years. They have the value to the product they offered.
