Explanation / Answer
TERMINATION: Bringing to an end of a person's work. Normally people are terminated from office due to several reasons such as not proper in their work, due to fraudulent activities, misbehaviour, incompetence, poor quality of work, attendance issues and so on. Termination occurs if an employer ends an employee's employment. It is a bad news for the employee. If i am the employer of the organisation i deliver the termination process in a way like applying these steps. Document each stage - Before informing about termination directly to employees you have to document each stage of your business and employees position. Communicate Clearly - Another important thing an employer has to do is, he has to communicate the real aspect and concerns of your business clearly to the employee. Protect the business - Whatever the steps you have taken, it should not affect your business in any terms. Do not argue - whenever you are informing about the termination to employees you should not argue with them. Termination must be legal - It has to go by law by following the procedures and having proper records and reasons for termination. And both psychologically and socially it should not affect the minds of the people. Being an employee, i will face the termination process by these ways. If you are terminated by the employer you will feel distrubed, frightening, anger and so on. But you have accept the fact and work on it. Try to overcome this by few steps. Give yourself time to think over about the termination. Relax yourself for a day or a week. Think over the mistakes you have done on the work. Work out on your mistakes. Develop additional qualifications. Reinvent yourself.
