The organization that I work for is a full-scale IT services company which deals with providing IT consulting, implantation and support services to clients across the globe. The company has a presence in APAC, Europe, Middle East and the United States.

The company has revenues totaling $220 million and a workforce of 7000 associates.

Yes, there are OB issues.

What are they?

Employee-employer relationship is at a breaking point. The workforce is dispirited and lacks motivation.

What are great things you have found in this organization?

Nothing of note.

There are a total of 17 layers in the organization. Starting at the lowest level, which is that of an IT executive, going all the way till the CEO

The organizational structure is very hierarchical instead it should be structured in a flat manner.
