Yes it is True That email is the most preffered way of communication in many sectors currently but apart from its advantages there are also some prones that causes many threats to the IT framework

The various threats of emails being sent over internet are
1. The First threat is Malware, and mostly malwares are sent over emails to gain access to the sensitive information, so that is the reason we should not open any links in emails. and the technique to protect from malwares is install a good antivirus software or install email security scanner.

2. The second threat that is sent over email is phishing links or phishing attacks, in emails we will get phishig attacks like they will act as a genuine bank account holder and sends links to login to your bank account with the spoofed or modified URl, so to avoid this kind of attacks we should check the URl first and then login using that URl.
