KPIs and CSFs are the important role players for a student who is planning to pursue post graduation from MS-IST after the graduation. There can be threats which can be positively identified by using Porter’s five forces model. The first approach which it comes is the setting the visions and strategies after the graduation. It is required to set the goals for the post-graduation, otherwise, if there remains no positive thinking or need to fix a plan to pursue the degree for the right cause then to overcome the threats will be difficult. It is to think that “What should be done to achieve the goal?” In the post-graduation a student should know in which way he/she will move on after the degree, it is nothing else but the target or ambition which needs to be decided before landing to achieve the degree of post-graduation. The path is required to be identified from the very beginning, for an example if the student who wants to complete the post graduation in marketing then he/she needs to be decided very early about the opportunities that may come and a goal is required to fix the target which is called the actions plans. In this way, it is required to defining the critical success factors and key performance indicators to fix any issues or threats which can be prevented very easily by positive approach it only needs to rebuild with a good plan so that all goals can be easily achieved with a strategic planning approach.
