The external environment is referred to as Political, economical, social, technological, legal and environmental factors. These factors definitely affect the training part because strategies to achieve the business objectives are made based on these factors that are mentioned above and training is always in sync with the tasks that are done to achieve the goals and objectives of the business. Similarly the internal environment such as strengths of the organization, weakness, threats and opportunities are all the factors that affect the strategy of the organization which in turns affect the training modules.
External environment has more influence as it is not in our control and we need to depend on the market conditions.
