The factors that influence employee issues are several. Every employee should have the right to work they should get an opportunity to work as per their skill set and paid the correct emoluments. The company should provide the correct environment where the employee can work properly. Moreover, the employee is trusting the company to make sure that he gives the best and the company will do the same.

The individual should have the right to take leaves and reign from the job as per his will. He should not be coerced to leave or be forced to work. That would create a problem and both parties will remain unsatisfied.

The employee should have the freedom to participate in the activities of the organization and be an integral part of due processes. This way if the employee participates he will feel more involved towards his work.

The company should make sure that they have the correct ergonomics in place to make sure that they provide a healthy and safe environment for the worker to perform. Any health hazard will lead to an issue and unrest amongst the workers.

The company should make efforts to enable the worker to take care of their families. They can offer perks like medical insurance coverage for family. This gesture will encourage the worker to work harder.

The employee should have his privacy at the workplace. He should be given the space and time to work so that he can perform better.

The employee needs to be explained the reason why he has to undergo a substance abuse test. Many a times such things are client requirements and need to be adhered to.
