China is a country that is emerging as one the fastest growing economy. It is developing in the field of engineering and technology at a great pace. It is one of the major exporters of technological products. It serves more than 100 countries worldwide when it comes to international market.

Developed countries like the United States has a major part of imports from China. Companies like Apple and others are highly dependent on China for their functioning.

But the problem of human right violation in China has now become a worldwide known fact. China is facing worldwide criticism for violating the human rights. Labour is made to work in adverse condition in China. As a part of the United Nations and a super power also, it becomes the duty of the US to avoid trading with China. Since the trade cannot be stopped for just one reason, as this may lead to a huge market crash because of the power of devaluating the currency that China possesses. But US may make it a condition in its trade agreement that they would only trade with China if and only if China would agree to not violate the human rights. US can conduct regular check in the companies that trade with it from China. This will give a greater control to US to stopping violation of human rights. The fear of losing its relation and facing economic adversaries will force china to work as per fair labour rights.
