Reflection:

The interview has the reflects the individual points about the effective innovation architecture. The candidate explains that the innovation is the continuous process of development of the product or any task or the process, etc. Innovation leads to the development of new thing. It may be product, process structure, or anything in the organization. The process of innovation is the continuous in nature. The process has to have the continuous method of development. It can be failed, again it should be rectified and then again it would be solved. The development needs the complete knowledge of the product before innovation. It is not the one-day task. It may take several years or some days to complete the process.

The effective innovation has been developed as because it takes time to develop it. I have seen the effective change in the organization with the development of the effective innovation technology. The company would grow much more higher way how it grows before. The growth of the company may be measure from it. The transformation of the innovation is not at all possible as it is the individual ability. The innovative architecture should have the planning, analysis and then implementation stage.

The planning is also done always in the architectural design of the of the company. It is the most important stage that can’t be skip.

The necessity is the mother of invention but I would say that necessity is the mother of innovation. It helps to enhance the capability of the product.

Some of the significant challenges you believe you might face when it comes to suggesting and seeing innovations through in the organizations in which you are or may be involved:

The application of the discussion of the topic in the interview has changed my perspective towards the innovation in the organization. I was confined to the limit before this interview. Now I have a broad picture about architecture of the innovation. The most enthusiastic employees are very much eager to innovate the new things. The culture comes from the environment of the organization. The employees of the organization how they response, how they handle or tackle the situation, weather they follow the copied approach or they have always the innovative approach to deal with the problem.
