Explanation / Answer

1) Opened the browser Google Chrome.

2) The search produced 4,63,00,00 hits.

3) This search produced 21,900 hits. This is much less than number of hits in previous search because in the previous case we were searching in all the websites wherever search matches but now we are just narrowing it to single website.

4) This search produced 42,10,000 hits. This produces significantly more hits than in previous search as now we are searching in all the websites that have .gov domain. In previous search we were just searching in a single .gov website i.e. "http://www.cdc.gov".

5) 7 domains found in search 4 are: cdc.gov, medlineplus.gov, idaho.gov, nih.gov, illinois.gov, mt.gov, fda.gov
