Explanation / Answer

It has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity

We are living in a world where technology is improving day by day. People are so driven by technology that it has influenced all the spheres of human life. It has bought us lots of benifits in out day to day life. All the mechines , vehicles , automated system and the smart devices we use today are part of this technology . In every field such as mecidal ,agricultural , industrial etc technology has always become a boon by increasing its efficiency and productivity. It has improvied the facilities for peoples communications. The modern technologies such as social medias forms a stage for the people to interact and socialize with people.

Humanity can be defined as human nature which includes the human character , feelings , thought process and actions. In this era of technology at its peak, people have become more restless and irritable. One of the major negative impact of technology is the growing rate of cyber crimes. People tend to missuse technology in many ways. such as to  harm other persons , threaten society etc. Some of the examples of cyber crimes are cyberbullying, digital counterfeiting, copyright infringement, hacking and cyberstalking. With the help of computers people make fake currencies , id cards ,credit cards etc. People peep into other peoples personal informations and use it against them. In social medias , people make conflicts for minute matters which leads to major issues.Thus a lot of privacy as well as security issues exist in the internet. Other than cyber crimes, people use several neuclear weapons and missuse the technologies against other countries. People have started to exploit the nature and the issues of E-Waste is also rising. The industrialization has paved the way to global warming. Everything is a part of advancement and arising technologies. From this it is clear that the technology has made a major impact on humanity.

Lack of consciousness or ethics between people can be considered as one major reason for increasing crime rate. In fact, technology can be said as a double edged sword. Similar in a way that , a sword can be used as self devence as well as it can be used to harm others. The outcomes of technology lies in the way people use it. If people use it in a good way , the results would be benifits. And if we use it in a bad way , it will be harmfull for the whole society.
