Benefits are one of the most important consideration when people join a particular job. It brings motivation to the work and people come up with better performance and show lower turnover ratio. It is also applied to the profile of Healthcare administration and I also avail some of the benefits on offer. The first benefit, what is prefer is the flexible, medical and dependent care account that helps to save tax free income for those benefits that are not covered by the plans offered by the organization. The second benefit is the flexible time of work. It helps me to be objective oriented while making a balance between the work and the personal life. The third benefit is the paid time off. I want to avail the holidays, but I don’t want the deduction in the salary so I take the benefits offered by my organization and save the earning while on leave. Besides, I also avail the health insurance benefits for myself, my family and dependent people to take care of them. These benefits bring me a security in terms of health care as well as the freedom to work as per my own timing while meeting the organizational objective.
I may change the job and I will consider the benefits on offer by the prospective employer, but most important aspects are the profile and the work culture of the organization. If the job profile is good and work culture is innovative then other benefits follow automatically. Hence, for the some of fringe benefits, jobs are not changed. Rather a superior profile, and better position in a better company are the primary reasons for the change.
