Yes it is true that people management skills are very important and not all have this skills . Due to this conflict are also there at all levels in all organization globally . It depends how people manage it at there level and also how HR help employee in some cases if conflicts get escalated

In first case I agree with HR that slaes person should be send for training and if he refused for training or after training people faced same issue then he should be fired from the company

In next case I agree with the decision that company took to fire the employee whose boss was female and he dont like to take order or work from women . So it was wrong on his part that he differentiate people on the basis of there sex and not there ability . So it was right to remove those people as they affect overall enviornment and demotivate others also

In last case i disagree with the rules company follow as in company it should be the rule that when a manager fire an employee then final decision should be done by both HR and top mangement . As many times because of ego or comflict boss misuse there power and fire employees . Similarly in this case she fired him and because of which whole team performace got affected and also company have to face some loss . Also they lost a dedicated talended employee
