There are few minor issues with the given ERD
1)
Remove user : It should also be set to high. Removing user is one of the critical task in the database and can effect the contents of the database in a wrong way. It is advisable to make it high.
2)
Product Information Request - This can be made medium as it is not that high and it does not required high permission in the ERD diagram.
3)
Update Information Request - Sma for this can be made medium
4)
Shipment Request with error - This should be made high as it is required to make it high so that error can be properly flagged as needed.
