Answer: Following kinds of entities / corporations are on file with the Corporations Division:

- Business

- Nonprofit

- Professional

- Limited partnerships, and

- Companies with limited liability

Question 2:When must the selected state corporations file their first registration with the secretary of state, and how often must this registration be renewed?

Answer: The first registration must be filed well within 90 days from the the incorporation date and registration be renewed annually from January 1 to April 1 thereafter.

Answer: As per the requirement listed in the Georgia Corporation Division, an out-of-state entities shall also file with the Corporations Division for doing business in Georgia.

Entity can avoid an administrative dissolution by paying all the applicable fees well within 60 days when the dissolution notice is received from the administration.
