Retail logistics:

It is defined as a process of delivering right product to the right customers at right time and right place providing Right quality. And it is also known as 5R principal.

Efficient Management of methods materials, machines, money and manpower results in quality production.

Many business firms uses this principal to achieve profits by minimizing their production cost by reducing the wastages during production.

System thinking:

It is the process of defining the hierarchy, communications between the levels working conditions ,working hours effects the quality of production.

System thinking provide s the information regarding the organization structure for a particular organization, strength and weakness hence it helps in finding the bottle neck problems within the organization.

Vanguard method:

The main principle of vanguard method is 'check-plan-do' means checking the whole process from report taken by system thinking and preparing a check report regarding the findings.

Then planning for reduction of wastages in production process as well as reduction in the unnecessary movement s in transportation of raw materials and finished products.

Then making changes in the management and marking the necessary measures in production, planning and control.

Inventory control of stocks left in stock room and maintaining stock registers,surplus registers it soursing registers.

In suadi vanguardmethod provides high quality production at less cost of manufacturing and material cost and labour cost and maintaining all the factors in right time is very much important.
