Explanation / Answer
As a health care consumer, the top most priority is to receive best possible health care at an affordable price. In general the hospitals charge exorbitant amount for treatment and consultation which is a huge burden for an ordinary citizen. A fact that is experienced by one and all. This becomes even more acute if there is no health care insurance coverage. Hence the top most priority remains to receive affordable top quality medical health care from providers.
For the providers, promoting the most effective prevention and treatment practices for the leading causes of mortality, starting with cardiovascular disease is the most important priority. The providers need to constantly upgrade their facilities and treatment techniques to keep pace with medical advancement to be able to offer best treatment to patients for all ailments.
