APA formatting tells how to format and write the papers or journels or even while submitting papers it refers to some guidelines and rules need to be followed by all the people irelevent of students, lecturers, writers, etc..

By this formatting the paper should be neat and well formatted, so that it will be easy to read also. And all the time there are many challenging aspects in APA formatting. Some are like

Like these there are many more. And the main biggest blunder all most people will do is not maintaining the Running head. It is the shoeter version of title which needs to be maintained in all the header section of all the pages.

And the another one incorrect use of Abstract or else not maintaining the Abstract. Abstract should be maintained in the starting itelf.

Not only the students some writers also confuse over this rules by making mistakes in the submitted papers.

To overcome all this challenges facing I would suggest that first know all the rules and formats of APA. Then try to practice more on each rule again and again. Practice writing some practice whenever free time is available. Also there is some other online availabiity that PERRLA, purchase that and try to practice in that , defaultly it will be having all the features which you can learn and know easily.

And coming to the ribbon, starting from the Office 2007 to the latest Office 2013 ribbon feature will be very very helpfull and increases the efficiency of the users. Ribbon groups all the title and menu bars and tools into one place on the top of the page in office. Microsoft made this ribbon across all its platforms like powerpoint,excel etc...

I strongly suggest that all the other applications also should use ribbon as this makes the life easier in the window itself without need to search everywhere. Therefore the efficiency of users is also will be increase across all the applications.
