1.  Discovering who will use the output technology is important because job requirements help in deciding whether the output methods are workin appropriate. Scenario where users detemine the technology or the software that implemented occurs in two cases. Firstly when a new installation is done and secondly, when any version is upgrade performed.

When the system is in the phase of go live based on the  distribution of users and their satisfaction, output technology is determined.

2.Gradual, or phased, conversion attempts to combine the best features of the two previously mentioned plans, without incurring all the risks whereas Modular conversion uses the building of self-contained, operational subsystems to change from old systems to new in a gradual manner.This conversion method is arguably the least risk with respect to implementing the Spice Hotel database solution.

This gives the vivid picture regarding the project structure. This helps in performing a better interface structure at the next development project.
