Question

System Analysis and Design

1) Explain the difference between too much feedback and too little feedback and provide a scenario for each one (two scenarios are needed - one for a lot of feedback and one for too much) and why it is a problem.

2) Why is it important to match the user interface to the task? Explain.

3) How does simplicity affect accuracy in good form design? Explain.

4) Given that sequence diagrams and collaboration diagrams are interchangeable, describe a scenario when a system analyst would choose one over the other.

Explanation / Answer

1.

The difference between too much feedback and too little feedback is .

Too much feedback:- Means getting enormous feedback for particular thing from the users or people. Whether this feedback might be positive or negative feedback. Feedback is nothing but the response from the users or people about working or service of anything very much in high volume i.e from thousands and lacks of people.

Too little feedback:- Means getting very low response from the people i.e. not getting any feedback.

Example:-

For example if a much hyped movie was released and the movie was directed by the very good and big director with very big star cast. Then after release the movie will get too much feedback whether it is good to watch or bad to watch by the fans and the audience.

And in another case lets say a movie with low star cast directed by small director. This has no hype at all. So this doesn't get the much feedback. And the audience is also doesn't show much interest to watch or to review.

Take another scenario:-

Lets say google/motorola/samsung released one bew model phone with reasonable price. Then these will get the too much feedback from the users who bought this phone.

If any new local brand mobile was released then this doesn't get that much feedback or get only too little feedback from the users.
