Explanation / Answer

1.Why did you choose to pursue an MBA?

Ans: I have chosen MBA because I see myself running my own business few years down the line. And for that I need to brush up my business and entrepreneural skills. Thats the reason I joined the MBA program.

2.What expectations did you have about the program and how have they been met (or not), and why?

Ans: The only expectation I had about the program was to hel me prepare myself to be a business leader and my entrepreneural skills . I think I am very confident that I can apply all my business skills to my start up.

3.What did you learn/experience that you had not considered?

Ans: I was low on financial accounting like balance sheet etc. But I have learnt all of it now in management finance.

4.What academic content has made the greatest impact on you and why?

Ans: The content on innovation management has made high impact on me and I am very thankful that I know what is innovation and product development is all about and can apply all of these concepts in my future start up.

5.What personal interactions and team dynamics have made an impression on you and why?

Ans: There is a lot that I have learnt from team building activities like joint assignments and group project assignments.It has certainly helped me to be a good team player and learn a lot about team sharing and team dynamics etc.

6.How do you believe your leadership and decision-making have been impacted because of your educational experience?

Ans: My leadership and decision making was very raw before I joined the course. That means although I used to know about the concepts I wantsn't confident how to apply the same in practice. Mba program has immensly built my leadership skills through various case based approach and my decision making through various simulations.

7.In what ways do you anticipate contributing/staying connected to the students, faculty, in the future and is there a role you think you could play?

Ans: I plan to stay connected to my alma matter through various ways. One such way is to provide future students my own in hand experience of my entrepreneural journey. This will ceratinly help and motivate some of them to be in the same entrepreneurship path that I have chosen and can gain some pro tips from my failures.
