I want you to write a letter asking financial assistance from "Community Foundation", to be able to pay my rent for two months so that I will be able to stand on my feet again. This community foundation is generous in giving as long as the letter is in good writing. I want you to write my condition. "Recently, I have a baby in Dec 17, 17. On Dec 21,17, I have my hernia surgery and due to that I have been out of the work for a couple of weeks. I have no other income." Sir, here is ___________ from_________. Form last few days i am facing multiple complex situations, i got hernia surgery on 21 Dec 2017. From last two week i was unable to attend work , also i have baby just of two day's age.

I am requesting that arrange to pay rent for next two month. In present situation i am unable stand to earn for me & for my family. Hope you will understand my heart feelings & provide the essential as requested.
