http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/tech/columnist/talkingtech/story/2012-03-27/zynga-headquarters/53838038/1 . Their 'remodel' amounted to about 80K per employee. There's free food and stuff.
Google runs a fleet of buses from San Fransisco to Silicon Valley. They provide free transportation to commuting employees. If you do work on the bus they will count that time against your 8-hour work day.

I always ask this of people who hate their job: "If your salary doubled tomorrow, would you hate it any less?"
Your assignment is to research similar escapades from other tech companies and report back in a 1500 word paper. Look for success and failure. Is there any correlation or causation between austerity and profitability? Does this kind of thing drive you crazy? Do you even care what publicly held companies do with shareholders' investments?
Please help ASAP! Does not need to be 1500 words, but the more the merrier!! Thank you
Explanation / Answer
consider uber this was a idea that no one imagine that it would became success considering booking cab via your gps location they are now also making billions with a long run they have full functioning offices all over the world .people love working there because uber makes millions without making some to play or force some one to download any thing .this is becacuse people need to travel from one place to another place
this plan is for long run plans not like any games like making a billion and after some time the company will loose its push because of the people will loose its interest employee who work in the company are offering company stock along with the sarlary so that are benefited their life becomes easy and for their future generations
you may stay in the job in case of more pay but you will hate the person still bossing you around but you must still able to like that job because you must be able to support your family if the company is going to relocated to a new place the employee with their family must also relocate it will be nice to live someplace nice because of the work environment.
