Any sich act can effect the victim emotionally effecting their personal life also. It may cause stress and anxiety in the person. It may cause low appetite, sleep disturbances which may be physical effects. These factors are not small and will adversely effect the victim in every way which will effect his/her relationship with the other employees of the organisation. The employee will not be comfortable and easy at the workplace to keep a healthy formal relationship with the other employees of the office. The physical and mental trauma will negatively effect the job performance of the employee hence effect the results to be derived from the person. Non performance of the employee will effect the productivity to certain level.

As she joined the work in 1992, the male co-workers called her by abusive names and commented on her dressing style. Gilbert filed a case against them after being sexually harassed for seven years with such unethical acts. The state jury awarded her $21 million for her claims.

4. The steps that should be taken by a company for such unethical behaviour in the organisation are:

- code of conduct: the company should create a code of conduct which clears the behaviour that an employee should keep at the workplace. Also it should mention the behaviour that is unacceptable and the steps that will be taken against the employee on violating the code.

- Giving example by conduct- the managers and leaders should set an example for other employees as to what type of behaviour should be followed in the workplace.

- employee appreciation- the employees who work ethically and maintain the conduct as per the code should be appreciated so that it encourages them as well as sets an example before other employees to work accordingly.

Balances and checks: instead of centralising the jobs on one or a few people a proper system check has to be kept so as to avoid any situation which may arise unethical behaviour in the employees.

Wise hiring of employees: while selecting the employees for the organisation a proper check of the behaviour of the employee in the past and during the trial period has to be tracked so that selection of employees having unethical values can be avoided.
