Alpha of wheel = 0.78 rad/sec^2

V ^2 = U^2 + 2*aS

V^2 = 2* 0.78 * 2*pi = 9.8

v= 3.13 m/sec

b) V^2 = U^2 + 2aS

V^2 = 3.13^2 + 2 * 0.78 * 2*pi

V = 4.42 m/sec

V = u + at

t = V - u / a = 1.6628 sec
