An organization of 100 employess, helping the depressed people
The training can be of TTT model i.e Train The Trainer. We can initially train few people by experts which should be an onsite mode and later ask them to train the rest of the employess or can extend to volunteers as well.
Self Assessment is the best way to realize the comprehension of the material. We can prepare few online reports and circulate among the working employees for evaluation.
The training should be inhouse i.e on site and dedicated for a few regular working hours ofthe Trainees.
The coverage can be done through funding sources who are now volunteeringly contributing for mental health and wellness institutes.
