as from the question, i understand that you have completed your first three stages of the project report & you need help after the part executive summary which primary & secondary data.so i start the project with this part-

* DATA USED FOR THE RESEARCH REPORT-

DATA- Data is the random facts or figures which is used in reserach or other purposes to get the relevant information out of it.data can be of two types-

PRIMARY DATA- Primary data is that type of data which is fresh & new in nature means it has not been discovered or used before.this type of data is gathered direct from the source.

for example in above report, employees of prestige holdings ltd were asked questiones about thier working performance in thier own department, how they handle the work, how much pressure they face while working etc. & they give responses to these questions. those responses have been recorded & act as primary data in my report.

primary data can be collected by following methods-

above methods can be useful in collecting primary data in which i have used the interview & questionnaire method for my data collection in this company.

SECONDARY DATA- Secondary data is the type of data which is already gathered & prepared by someone else other than the user.secondary data is not fresh in nature as it is based on old observations & research. but this data can help in gathering primary data.secondary data can be used if the budget & cost of the research is low.example of secondary data are census reports, past sale reports, financial reports of past years, business magzines etc.

in my report i have used the past case studies & all department's performance records to complete my research report.
