Unethical and illegal - This is because, by illegally illiciting the formula, are we jeopardizing the belief that people have on the corporate systems but it is also something which is punishable under law. These malpractices should never be allowed as what can happen with others can also happen with me tomorrow. Moreover, we will never be able to be sure if the correct formula have been handed over as we will never be able to cross verify the authenticity of the formula. Thus under fair trade practices, we should never resort to such malpractices.
