When it is the supreme court which has now started upholding the legality of patent review process, here is the following description.

The US Supreme court has given the approval stamp to its governement with regards to the review process which is prized by the high technologies companies in the form of an easy as well as cheap way to deal with the patent trolls and get the patent law suits.

This justice was rules for 7-2 which is an in-house patent review which is done at US Patent and also the trade mark office which in turn doesn't violate the rights of the defendant with respect to US Constitution which is supposed to have a case be adjusted with respect to federal court or the jury itself.

The review was created by the US Congress in 2011 for handling the filmsy patents which were is huge numbers which were at that time being issued by the officer who was into patent. And from that time the agency's patent trial as well as appeal board has options for cancelling all or the part of the given patent and this can go upto 80 percent of the final decision.

This is mostly applicable in Apple Inc, or the samsung and has made it to infrigement suits.
