Explanation / Answer

1- In this case I would use observations as it would provide adequate understanding of the situation by application of the specific observation in different scenarios. Increment in the total serviceability as well as availability of possible outcomes for maintenance of the standards in obtaining data would be done via observations.

2- Collecting the data I would look at the different sources of available data such as database is regarding gambling as well as I would also contact gambling firms to get data only on the basis of age groups and their relative criteria.
Implementation of an Internet based server would also be one of the most important part of this type of method as it would provide adequate support to the overall level of Observation for observing availability of opportunities in this is specific category to research the effect of legalization of online gambling and the relative dropout.

3- Using experimentation would be a very long process in this kind of situation as availability of options would be greatly reduced and it would also increase the level of cost involved in Operation where availability of other factors such as implementation of a strong observation system can increase the productivity by a huge margin.
