I had done some detailed analysis on the supply chain of our organizations and noticed some of the problems. I wanted to give some suggestions regarding the noticed problems that which minimize and increase the quality issue.
I was managing the three departments receiving, production and shipping that which are important for the organizational growth. In this process, supply chain management was mainly utilized for the planning, utilizing and execution of every work. In the production stage it helps more for the organization because it details about the each and every aspect. It was also helps to increase company’s profits and collaboration.
I have noticed that some of the products are manufactured with less quality this is because of the poor execution that which was done by the before managers. I would like to give some suggestion like it was important to take the feedback from the customers regarding the product quality and asks them how much quality they are expecting. Training should be given to the employees regarding manufacturing of the products. It was important to track the mistakes that which was done before. New techniques to be introduced in the ware house that which makes the better quality of products. One of the important problem that which i have noticed in the organization from the begining was that there was the poor communication between the employees and the management.
As soon as possible please rectify all the issues in the organization.
