1) Employees performance heavily depends upon the satisfaction with work setting : It is true that employees when adopt the atomoshphere of the workplace then only they contribute maximum for the productivity to the organization. Good environment and office infrastructure gives satisfaction to the employees to some extent .

2) Worker's participation in the management: when employees interact with various people within organization and outside the organization. Then , he collects a lot of confidence and social netwrok which benefits him a lot in near future. Even , participation brings new knowledge and abilities to the leader.

3) Informal groups bring many benefits to the organization: It is necessary to free people to form informal groups . These groups help organization to shift employees form one to other due to fact that employees will exchange their accommodation etc. Even , these groups are required to bring some creativity and innovations.
