Brief synopsis and recommendations based on their order of priority are as below:
1. Work life balance: There is a lot of scope in improving the work life balance of the employees since the data shows that out of 197, 129 employees have said that work life balance is better than other companies but not good or best which means that the company has a long way to go in order to achieve good work life balance for its employees. Recommendation: provide flexi work hours or increase the number of off days for the employees.
2. Job satisfaction status: A lot of employees (76 out of 197) are medium or less satisfied with their jobs. Hence the company needs to find ways in order to make the employees satisfied with what they are doing in their respective fields. Recommendation: company needs to conduct one-to-one session of employees with their supervisors and HR manager on how to improve ways by which they would be more satisfied with their jobs.
3. Environment satisfation status: About 72 out of 197 employees are not much satisfied with the environment of the company. Recommendation: company needs to conduct one-to-one session of employees with their supervisors and HR manager on how to improve ways by which they would be more satisfied with the environment and implement the feedback provided by the employees.
4. Relationship satifaction: A number of employees are not satisfied with their relationship with peers or supervisors. This creates a big hindrance in their performance and needs to be addressed. Recommendation: Group meetings and peer-to-peer feedback sessions must be arranged so that the employees are vocal about the problems that they are facing with each other and a consensus needs to be arrived at the end of such sessions.
