As the world is moving toward technological advancement, need of automation is also increasing as per the increasing market requirement. Increase in population directly enhancing the overall level of need created by the customer for an organisation which is literally impossible to match without automation.
Automation has both effects on the society as well as the organisation. In one hand It increases the level of productivity of the organisation but decrease is the human need and job opportunities. Automation of the specific task should be done in supervision of a human for creating a balance between the jobs as well as maintaining the productivity. Automation is also very efficient and create less errors while maintaining high level of productivity. This is specific term is mostly responsible for large number of layoffs from the organisation which is very harmful for the overall job opportunities be created by the businesses.
Automation should be Limited to the task where hi number of efficiency as well as speed is required. It should not be implemented into the passive task which have enough time to complete. Why not mixing up automation in each and every step of the organisational structure accompany can easily increase the overall level of implementation of different strategies according to the needs of the market as well as a company. This specific situation also depends on the need of the customer and nature of the company.
Hence we can say that automation should not be implemented into each and every segment of an organisation but should be implemented in some specific segments in which find efficiency as well as the speed is required.

Automation is drastically affecting each and every industry as it is directly affecting the people by claiming their jobs. It does make the work easier but the bad effect on the employment has been the greatest question if the automation should be implemented into the manufacturing organisational facility.
As a product line engineer I am definitely facing effect of automation due to increment in the overall machinery involved in Operation reducing requirement of a line manager to maintain the project. This type of specific technology is devastating in developing countries where availability of the workforce is used and the available jobs are being taken by the automation based devices increasing the impact of technological advancement on human life.
