a) Recommendations for sally Jo.-

Dear sally As we know being a famous star YouTuber you have to deal with the haters in your daily life and that is really a hard part being a youtuber.In 2016 you believed that your YouTube fame has resulted in a public attack.

I recommend that try to develop an energy that will lead to make your viewers feel more connected to you like friends. other thing that you can do to deal with haters you can create a community of Youtubers, they should all stand up for each other, this way haters will not harm you in future.

My other recommendation is that As you have such large audiences and people also love your make up tutorials, That has provided you publicity and you are attracting more and more companies who wants to sell their products.Why don't you think of launching your own line of beauty products.You can also write a book on your journey of becoming a famous youtube star. i am sure It will not only inspire the youth but also shape their carrier in a way.

B) My Three strongest Assets and how can i build on them:

1) knowledge of my field:I have a very good knowledge of my field. my main strength is art or techniques to implement my knowledge in every difficult situation. Being a sales person i use my knowledge in meeting with customers, for a following-up ,for client management system, for basic fundamentals of my job.

2)Easy adaptation ability: I can easily adapt as per different circumstances and being a sales person i can adapt according to the different kinds of clients. This way i am very flexible, so i can easily adapt my schedules as per clients’ requirements.

3)Focus: I am very focused to accomplish my life goals and to achieve my job related objectives. as a result i am very demanding of myself and self-motivated. Being a focused sales person,I am able to organize my work in a better way.This asset creates the best results in achieving my goals easily and make me able to align these goals into customers' solutions.

c) My three qualities to improve: actions i can take to improve and benefits you to do so.

1)Quality of making right decision and solve problem: I need to improve my abilities of making decision and quality of problem solving.

How to improve : for improving this quality i need to practice to identify complex problems and need to gather or review information related to these complex problems.Then i can develop and evaluate different options of solutions and ultimately i 'll practice to use critical thinking to improve this quality.

Benefits:This quality will not only help in in my personal life to make right choices but also will lead to make me a better employee of my company.

2)Quality to Listen : As they say "Great listeners are great winners " I want to improve my listening skills.

How to improve: I'll try to be more attentive and present at that place when i am talking to someone because practice not to travel away from the topic.Telephonic game is also a good option to improve the quality to listen.Other thing i'll focuse on that i'll not talk in between a conversation. Even if i did not understand, then also i'll wait before asking question.

Benefits: It is said that if you want to be a motivated person you have to be a great listener.It will help me not only to reply accurately but also help me to understand the prospective of other persons.

3)Quality to wear many Hats: I want to develop the quality of multi tasking.

How to improve: To improve this quality i'll start making my To-do list and prioritise my work.i have to avoid the distraction.Then only i can develop this quality.  

Benefits:this quality will help me in shaping my carrier. as we know employees should not just perform as per their job description but he should get involved in other areas also and offer help to others if needed.
