LEO Approach: The LEO approach stands for Listen, Enrich and Optimize. Thus this is a methodology which starts which capturing the information by listening to the customers, the enriching the information or data to the best suitable options and then we need to optimize the approach for better solution for meeting the customer needs and demand. LEO is a good approach that can result in better quality outcome for the firm or for the businesses.
LEO approach in our work Quality: We are engaged in the education service work for students. Many parents visits us and raise their concerns or grievances for the study status of their children and they want to improve the study level of their children. So in our educational business, we want to apply the LEO approach so that we can improve the overall quality level of our services.
Listen Stage: This is the first stage of the LEO methodology, which starts with the listening of the customer / consumer concerns, voices and inputs so that we can capture the real voices of the customer towards our educational services. The customer voices on our education services helps us to understand the key gaps in the services we are providing to the consumers against the need and demand of the consumers in our local market.
Enrich Stage: This is the stage at which we can enrich our learning from the listening stage. We can ask some more questions if needed for making the meaningful outcome from the listened data and information. This stage is to understand the problem properly and completely.
Optimize Stage: this is the stage at which we design suitable solution so that w ecan improve the concerns and issues raised by the consumers/customer for our education services in the region. Thus the solution should be able to restore the customer concerns and should help in developing better environment such that we can extend educational service which meets the customer needs and demand and hence resulst in better quality outcome for the consumers.
Thus the LEO approach helps us in understanding the case systematically and provides the methodology for improvement of the quality outcome.

We need to adapt the LEO approach appropriately so that we can explore all the three stages properly and can make quality actions for result quality outcome.
We need to focus on listen stage as it is very important and significant for LEO introduction for quality outcome.
