Owing to the growing number of complaints that we are getting from our clients regarding faulty installation of certain products, I feel there is an urgent need to address the situation. Such complaints hamper our reputation in the market and if not addressed immediately may hamper our future business.

To this effect, I am proposing to take up this issue as a project, wherein we can assess the nature of complaints, possible remedial activities that can be taken up and documenting post activities feedback of our existing customers. Since this is a problem that is taking place at the site, our research activity will have to be carried out at the point of occurrence. We will survey our customers with the help of our repair/construction staff team, sales team and basis the nature of complaints, we may even have to involve our third party vendors, from whom we source a lot of our components.
